General
What is the cost of industrial flooring per sq ft?
It depends on the system (epoxy coating, self-leveling epoxy, PU concrete etc.), thickness, existing floor condition and total area. After a free site inspection we give a clear, itemised per sq ft quotation.
Do you offer a free site inspection?
Yes. We visit your site in Gurugram, Manesar and across Delhi NCR, check the existing floor, understand your process and recommend the right system at no cost.
How long does epoxy or PU flooring take to install?
Most projects take a few days to two weeks depending on area, preparation and system. Light foot traffic is usually possible after 24 hours and full cure takes about 5–7 days.
Can you work without stopping our production?
Yes. We regularly execute in phases, at night, on Sundays or during planned shutdowns to minimise downtime.
Epoxy or PU flooring — which is right for me?
Epoxy suits dry, controlled areas with mechanical traffic such as assembly, warehouses and electronics. PU suits wet, hot and hygienic areas such as food, beverage and dairy units, and UV-exposed areas.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms depend on the system and site conditions and are mentioned clearly in our quotation.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Gurugram and serve Manesar, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Sonipat, Bawal, Dharuhera, Neemrana and nearby industrial areas. Larger projects outside NCR can also be discussed.
What is the minimum area you take up?
We handle everything from small repair jobs to large factory floors. Call or WhatsApp us with your area and requirement.
How do I maintain an epoxy floor?
Sweep or dry-mop daily and clean with a neutral pH cleaner or scrubber-drier. Avoid dragging sharp metal objects and clean chemical spills promptly. We share a maintenance guide at handover.
Industrial Epoxy Flooring
What is the cost of epoxy flooring per sq ft?
Cost depends mainly on the system (roller coating, self-leveling or screed), thickness, floor condition and total area. We give a fixed per sq ft quotation after a free site inspection and moisture test, so there are no surprises later.
How long does industrial epoxy flooring last?
A correctly specified and installed system typically performs for many years. Life depends on thickness, traffic type (foot, trolley, forklift), chemicals and maintenance. Surface preparation quality is the biggest single factor — which is why we never skip grinding and moisture testing.
Can epoxy be applied over an old or damaged floor?
Yes, in most cases. Cracks, pits and joints are repaired, loose material and old coatings are removed by grinding or shot blasting, and the surface is levelled before the new system is applied.
How much production downtime is needed?
It depends on the area and system. We plan phased execution, night or weekend work so your plant keeps running. Light foot traffic is usually possible after 24 hours.
Is epoxy flooring slippery?
A plain glossy finish can be slippery when wet. For ramps, wet areas and loading bays we add anti-skid aggregate to achieve the required grip.
Epoxy or PU — which should I choose?
Epoxy is ideal for dry, controlled areas with mechanical traffic. PU systems handle thermal shock, hot water, steam cleaning and UV better — preferred in food processing, dairies, and kitchens. We recommend the right system after seeing the site.
Polyurethane (PU) Flooring & Coating
What is the difference between epoxy and PU flooring?
Epoxy is harder and very good for dry, controlled areas. PU is tougher and more flexible, handles thermal shock, hot water and steam cleaning, and is more UV stable. Food, beverage and dairy units usually need PU.
Is PU flooring suitable for food processing units?
Yes. PU concrete is widely used in food and beverage plants because it is seamless, hygienic, and resists hot water, fats, oils and food acids.
How thick should PU concrete flooring be?
Typically 4–6 mm for general wet process areas and up to 9 mm where heavy impact and higher temperature exposure are expected.
Can PU flooring be used in cold storage?
Yes, PU systems perform well in cold rooms and areas with temperature cycling when correctly specified.
Waterproofing Solutions
Which waterproofing is best for a terrace?
Exposed terraces need a UV-resistant, elastic membrane such as a PU or high-quality acrylic system, applied over repaired cracks and proper slopes.
Can basement leakage be fixed from inside?
Often yes. Negative-side treatments such as crystalline waterproofing and injection grouting can stop seepage from inside when outside access is not possible.
How long does waterproofing take?
Small terraces may take 2–4 days including curing; large or multi-layer systems take longer. We share a schedule with the quotation.
