Acid & Chemical Resistant Epoxy Flooring for Pharma & Process Plants

Epoxy-based flooring that protects concrete from acid, solvent and chemical spillage.

Acid & Chemical Resistant Flooring – BJN Epoxy Flooring

About Acid & Chemical Resistant Flooring

Process areas that handle acids, solvents and reactive chemicals attack plain concrete quickly — etching the surface, weakening it and letting spills seep in. An acid and chemical resistant epoxy system forms a dense, impervious barrier that keeps spillage on the surface, where it can be cleaned up safely.

We install these systems for reaction and filling areas, chemical storage, effluent treatment plants and other process zones across pharmaceutical, petrochemical and specialty chemical units in Gurugram, Manesar and Delhi NCR.

Acid & Chemical Resistant Flooring – FAQs

Is normal epoxy flooring acid resistant?

Standard epoxy has some chemical resistance but a dedicated acid/chemical-resistant system is formulated and specified for your actual chemical list — we ask what you handle before recommending the system.

Can this flooring be used in effluent treatment and chemical storage areas?

Yes, these are among the most common applications — along with reaction areas, filling bays and dosing rooms in pharma and process plants.
