Industrial Epoxy Flooring – BJN Industrial Flooring

About Industrial Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy flooring is a two-component resin system applied over properly prepared concrete. It bonds to the substrate and cures into a hard, seamless, impervious surface that stops dusting, resists oils and chemicals, and is easy to clean.

BJN Industrial Flooring Solutions designs and installs epoxy systems for manufacturing plants, warehouses, pharmaceutical units, electronics assembly, labs and commercial spaces across Gurugram, Manesar and Delhi NCR — from thin roller-applied coatings to heavy-duty self-leveling floors with line marking.

Benefits

Protects concrete

Seals the slab against abrasion, oil, water and chemical attack, extending floor life.

Dust-free & hygienic

Seamless, non-porous surface with no joints for dirt or bacteria to collect.

Easy to maintain

Regular mopping or scrubber-drier cleaning is enough — no polishing or re-sealing every year.

Brighter, safer workplace

Glossy light shades reflect light; colour-coded zones and walkways improve 5S and safety.

Customisable finish

Gloss or matt, anti-skid texture, any RAL shade, logos and safety marking.

Fast turnaround

Phased or weekend execution to minimise production downtime.

What decides the cost?

  • System type and thickness (coating vs self-leveling vs screed)
  • Condition of the existing floor — cracks, oil contamination, old coatings
  • Total area (larger areas get a better per sq ft rate)
  • Colour, finish and line-marking requirements
  • Working window — night, weekend or phased execution

We give a fixed, itemised per sq ft quotation after a free site inspection.

Industrial Epoxy Flooring – FAQs

What is the cost of epoxy flooring per sq ft?

Cost depends mainly on the system (roller coating, self-leveling or screed), thickness, floor condition and total area. We give a fixed per sq ft quotation after a free site inspection and moisture test, so there are no surprises later.

How long does industrial epoxy flooring last?

A correctly specified and installed system typically performs for many years. Life depends on thickness, traffic type (foot, trolley, forklift), chemicals and maintenance. Surface preparation quality is the biggest single factor — which is why we never skip grinding and moisture testing.

Can epoxy be applied over an old or damaged floor?

Yes, in most cases. Cracks, pits and joints are repaired, loose material and old coatings are removed by grinding or shot blasting, and the surface is levelled before the new system is applied.

How much production downtime is needed?

It depends on the area and system. We plan phased execution, night or weekend work so your plant keeps running. Light foot traffic is usually possible after 24 hours.

Is epoxy flooring slippery?

A plain glossy finish can be slippery when wet. For ramps, wet areas and loading bays we add anti-skid aggregate to achieve the required grip.

Epoxy or PU — which should I choose?

Epoxy is ideal for dry, controlled areas with mechanical traffic. PU systems handle thermal shock, hot water, steam cleaning and UV better — preferred in food processing, dairies, and kitchens. We recommend the right system after seeing the site.
