About Anti-Static (ESD) Epoxy Flooring
Electrostatic discharge can damage electronic components and create ignition risk in sensitive areas. Anti-static (ESD) epoxy flooring safely carries static charge to earth through a conductive primer layer and copper-strip grounding grid.
We install conductive and static-dissipative systems for electronics and PCB assembly, server rooms, battery and EV units, and EPA (ESD protected area) zones, and verify resistance with a meter after installation.
Benefits
Protects components
Controls static discharge on the production floor.
Grounded system
Copper tape grid connected to the earthing point.
Tested & documented
Point-to-ground resistance readings shared at handover.
Seamless & cleanable
All the hygiene benefits of self-leveling epoxy.
Technical details
| Thickness | 2 – 3 mm |
|---|---|
| System | Primer + copper grid + conductive primer + ESD self-leveling topping |
| Resistance range | Conductive or static-dissipative as per your EPA standard |
| Verification | Resistance testing at multiple points at handover |
Values are typical. Final specification depends on site conditions and the selected product system.
