The challenge
An active assembly area needed a dust-free, oil-resistant floor and clearly separated pedestrian walkway to support 5S and safety audits.
Our solution
Surface grinding and crack repair, epoxy primer, pigmented epoxy system in green for work zones and light grey for the walkway, finished with safety-yellow epoxy line marking.
The result
A bright, seamless, easy-to-clean floor with clear zone separation that improved shop-floor visibility and housekeeping.
