About Anti-Skid / Anti-Slip Flooring
Areas with oil spillage, washdown or wet foot traffic need more grip than a plain glossy floor can give. Anti-skid epoxy flooring broadcasts a graded aggregate into the resin to create a textured, non-slip surface while keeping the abrasion and impact resistance of a normal epoxy system.
It is widely used in oil-slippage-prone zones, engineering workshops, ramps and loading bays, and can be applied as a new floor or as a textured top coat over an existing epoxy or PU system.
Benefits
Solvent-less, glossy non-slip finish
Textured profile grips underfoot even where oil or water is present.
Excellent abrasion & impact resistance
Holds up to workshop and trolley traffic like standard epoxy.
Reduces maintenance cost
Durable finish needs less frequent repair or recoating.
Widely proven in oil-prone areas
A standard choice for engineering workshops and oil-slippage zones.
Adjustable grip level
Aggregate size and broadcast rate tuned to how slippery the area actually is.
